The information for the 7th Congressional District [also known as "Congressman Markey's District"] is as follows:
The caucus' to select delegates to the Democratic National Convention in Denver will take place on Saturday April 5 at 1:00 pm.
For the Seventh Congressional District, as a result of the February primary, delegates are apportioned as follows. There are two male and two female delegates and one female alternate to be elected for Hillary Clinton, and one male and one female delegate to be elected for Barack Obama.
The Clinton caucus will take place at Woburn High School, 88 Montvale Ave, Woburn, and the Obama caucus will take place at Minuteman Regional High School, 758 Marrett Rd, Lexington. Any registered Democrat [I presume who resides in the district?] can vote at the caucus, but you must be in line on time to be permitted to vote.
Both caucus' need volunteers!
if you would like to volunteer for the Clinton caucus, please contact Carol Donovan [contact Deb Butler at AmberPaw@aol.com and she will forward your information]
if you would like to volunteer for the Obama caucus, please contact Merna Victor [contact Deb Butler at AmberPaw@aol.com and she will forward your information].
There is information as to the caucuses to select delegates in the other Congressional Districts at:

The information [not quite as detailed as what I provided for the 7th Congressional District] is located at "MDP Events". If some of you are running, and looking for votes, or have "who to contact to volunteer" in your congressional districts, why not add that information in comments to this post?
Disclaimer Note: I am not running to be a delegate for this National Democratic Convention. |
