Swag or crappy landfill-destined Chinese crap? (0.00 / 0)
Namely:
* tote bag
* neck lanyard
* bottle opener (2)
* fortune cookie
* condom (2)
* buttons
* pen (2)
* computer screen duster
* air freshener

I'm not saying it's all useless or any of it is inappropriate in general, but I can't help but wonder...
- how much oil was needed to make and ship this stuff?
- how much was made with low labor standards?
- how much was made with low environmental standards?
- how much will end up in the landfill within a year?
- how much will end up in a "junk drawer" unused for the next year?

Why? (6.00 / 2)
Obviously, these people and organizations would not give you these "gifts" without an expectation of favorable treatment in return.  We need a gift ban at BMG, to make sure that your  judgment is not subject to bias by these nefarious trinkets.

So you think we're all doctors here at BMG? (0.00 / 0)
I guess we're all prescribing and taking our own medicine since everyone can comment and post. ;-)

BMG: Reality-based commentary.
